These Terms govern your use of the Tatlas iOS application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the flash, photographs, and other work you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Tatlas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and promote the Service. You can revoke this license by deleting the content.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload work that isn't yours, traced work passed off as original, hateful imagery, illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Endorsements are for work you genuinely respect; vote manipulation will result in account termination.
4. Endorsements
Endorsements are peer signals, not currency. Tatlas may re-weight or remove endorsements that appear to be fraudulent, automated, or coordinated.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tatlas is not a party to any tattoo booking, payment, or working relationship between artists and clients.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tatlas is established, excluding conflicts of law principles.
End User License Agreement
This EULA is between you and Tatlas. Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Service. The license granted is non-transferable and limited to use of the Service on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no further warranty obligation with respect to the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
