This Privacy Policy describes how Tatlas ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tatlas iOS application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email, city, bio, and the styles you work in.
Content. We store the tattoo flash, finished work, and other media you upload to your portfolio, as well as boards, endorsements, and messages you send.
Device & usage. Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and anonymized usage analytics.
Camera & photos. The Service uses your camera for try-on preview only when you grant permission. Images processed for try-on are not uploaded unless you choose to save them.
2. How we use information
To operate the Service, host your portfolio, deliver the discover feed, calculate endorsements, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Your public profile, your published pieces, and the endorsements you give are visible to other Tatlas users. We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under contract, and when required by law.
4. Data retention
We keep your content until you delete it or delete your account. You can request account deletion from inside the app or by emailing clarkgronek@gmail.com.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California) you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us at clarkgronek@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
Tatlas is not directed to people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy at tatlas.app/privacy and update the date above.
